In this department, we work continuously to develop new formats in all genres, from documentaries and reality series to big studio entertainment, for all channels.
The department is also responsible for purchase of international formats.
In addition to the people who work in the development department, many of Titan\'s producers and the editorial staff on various productions are involved in the program development. Titan also has a creative council that meet regularly, much like a think tank.
The development department is working closely with Titan\'s departments for events and AFP, and with our Norwegian sister company Limelight Film & TV.
